Warranty Service

Altaquip can get access to parts and perform repairs on most brands of power tools and lawn & garden equipment. However, Altaquip does have specific warranty partnerships with the following manufacturers, and can provide warranty repairs if the item still falls within the warranty period. (When having your item repaired, it is recommended that you provide the original purchase receipt, if possible, to assist in determining warranty coverage period).

* Please note that manufacturers warranty coverage only applies to defects caused by the manufacturer. Here are some examples to differentiate between warranty and non-warranty failures:

Examples of a warranty failure include; a) leaking gasket, b) failed ignition system, c) casting flaws, d) premature failure of pump, motor, switch, etc, and e) design flaws.

Examples of non-warranty repairs include; a) problems caused by improper maintenance or lubrication, b) damage caused by neglect or mis-application, c) bent, broken, or missing parts, and d) normal wear & tear (blades, cables, tires, plugs, filters, etc)
