Small Engine Technician - JobID: 1

Responsibilities and Qualifications:
The candidate must be trained and proficient at repairing all major engine manufacturers. (Certification preferred) Further training from the OEM may be required from time to time on major product categories. In addition, the individual must be familiar with tracking and achieving daily performance targets for unit output and revenues. They will also help monitor repair quality, product appearance standards, boxing of product, supplying manuals, etc. Working knowledge of administrative functions such as creating work orders, invoicing parts and labor, and researching information from a computer terminal will also be required. Finally, the individual will assist in training and mentoring less experienced mechanics.

Service Representative - JobID: 2

Responsibilities and Qualifications:
The candidate must be able to operate a 24-ft straight-axle truck rated at 26,000 GVW, and be able to pick up product that weighs up to 100 lbs. Good customer service and administrative skills required. The driver will maintain a fixed route pickup and drop-off schedule for local Home Depot stores in the area. The job entails visiting multiple stores per day, picking up both powered equipment and lawn and garden equipment that need to be repaired, then taking the product back to the Altaquip shop to be repaired. The driver will load repaired product back onto the truck and deliver the product to Home Depot during the next route cycle. Detailed tracking of product is critical. Excellent customer service skills are required.
